Deputy Mine Managers x3

The Deputy Mine Managers will be reporting to the respective General Managers and minimum qualifications and experience are:

a. Mine Manager’s Diploma/Certificate or Mining Degree.
b. Proven experience in senior gold mine management, river desiltation management and land reclamation.
c. At least 3 years of experience in river gold mining management.
d. Able to handle high pressure and work with diverse communities.
e. A thorough knowledge of the Zimbabwean Mining Act, the RBZ Act, mining statutory and local government provisions.
f. Knowledge and experience with green field mining projects and related construction risks.
g. No criminal record.
