Customer Service Representative –

Urgently seeking an experienced customer service representative to service our US based client from our Harare offices.

The ideal candidate will be organised, self-driven and must have the ability to work independently.

Must have 3-5 years prior experience in a customer service role and excellent telephone and email manner.

Must have superior communication skills and the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients.

Must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

At least 3 professional references must be provided.
