•Process customer transactions accurately, including calculating totals, handling cash, and managing card payments

•Demonstrate a basic understanding of fast-food products and menu offerings

•Maintain hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations

•Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with orders

•Perform basic math calculations, including handling change

•Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the cafeteria and coffee shop

•Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions as required

•Five Ordinary Level (O’ Level) subjects, including Mathematics and English

•Certificate in Hospitality or a related field

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality

•Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment
