Organic Africa produces high value certified produce together with its partner farmers for the international market in an ethical and sustainable manner. Organic Africa and its partner farmers are key players in Fairtrade and organically certified agricultural production in Zimbabwe.

We have an opening for a Cotton Manager.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s in agriculture; 20 years experience – 10 of this in similar position being in charge of min 5 direct staff and >500t production of cotton/ tobacco / vegetables; Experience in build up production of certified 500t cotton or equivalent crops with small scale farmers
