Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily control room operations and ensuring all systems are functioning.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 O-Level passes.
- Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Surveillance Systems, or a related field.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a control room or security operations environment, including at least one to two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in operating and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Skilled in monitoring various alarm systems, including intrusion and fire alarms.
- Sound knowledge of modern security techniques and surveillance tools.
- Familiarity with the computer systems used within the control room environment.
- Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and integration with security systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor system malfunctions and escalate issues when needed.
- Able to communicate effectively with security staff, employees, management, and the general public.
- Competent in issuing and receiving clear, detailed instructions, both verbal and written.
- Attends security team meetings and provides briefings on incidents and updates.
- Capable of analyzing incidents and preparing staff to respond to potential future threats.
