Consultant (Sata Analytics)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Consultant (Sata Analytics) in a human resources consultancy firm. Required is a suitably qualified candidates with experience in Research, Reward Management and Surveys. This is a managerial position and the ideal candidate must posses the following qualifications, skills and competencies.

– Degree in Statistics
– Analytical mind is a must
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Proficient use of excel, SPSS and online surveys
-Database Management
-Relationship management
-At least 3 years experience in a similiar role is a must
-A drivers license is a must
