Job Summary
The National Gallery of Zimbabwe (NGZ) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, mature, honest, and experienced persons for appointment to the above position which has arisen in the organization. The applicant will be based at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo, and will be responsible for the total management of the Gallery’s Conservation and Collections department.
Qualifications And Experience
The person must possess either a;
- Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology, Cultural Heritage and Museum Studies Honours Degree;
- or a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Digital Archival and Historical Information Records Management;
- experience in conservation and collection of artworks will be an added advantage;
- excellent skills in communication, analytical and organized;
- excellent in Microsoft office packages and photography;
- experience working in a Government setting is an added advantage.
