Company Secretaries x5

Company Secretaries will be reporting to the Board and the minimum qualifications and experience are:

a. Degrees in Commercial or Corporate Law and relevant post graduate Degree and/or Diploma will be advantageous.
b. Qualified members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent qualifications.
c. Sound knowledge of Companies Act, King IV Code, the Mines and Minerals Act, the RBZ Act, all mining related regulations and detailed knowledge of applicable mining legislations.
d. In depth knowledge of mining company governance and corporate management.
e. Excellent English communication skills.
f. Excellent computer skills-MS office, internet etc.
g. Registered with the law society of Zimbabwe.
h. No criminal record.
