Partners for Integrated Growth and Development (pigad) is a recognized NGO (PVO Reg.#25/21) established in 2014 to empower communities through relief, rehabilitation, and developmental programs. To date, pigad has successfully implemented Agribusiness and Micro Enterprise Development interventions in Mashonaland East, Mashonaland Central, and Manicaland.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Intern responsible for communications, digital content development and marketing to join our organisation. If you are an ambitious individual who wants to gain experience in building your career, then this is an opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
• Content development for the organization’s social media accounts, including webpage
• Designing and presenting social media campaign ideas
• Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, photo/videography, info graphics and graphic designing content for all project visibility materials
• Any other duties, including assisting with daily administrative duties

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
• Graduate in Digital Marketing, ICT, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media or a similar field
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
• Experience in digital content development
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Working knowledge in at least one graphic design software
• Working knowledge in at least one short film/video editing software
• Working knowledge in at least one photo editing software
• Experience in photography; possession of a certificate would be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a passion for digital communication, story writing, and digital content development, social media, graphic design, video production
• A strong attitude for precision, thorough attention to detail, and passion for advocacy
• Self-motivated, creative and willing to learn
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
