Applications are invited for the position of  Commission based Petroleum products Sales Agent for Bulawayo and Matebeleland area which has arisen at a small energy company in Harare.

Job Functions

Reporting to the MD, the incumbent will be a commission- based sales representative for petroleum products. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and experience in the energy sector is an added advantage.

Job Functions

Among other duties the successful candidate will be responsible for

• Sell Petroleum products to potential customers to meet their needs
• Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of potential customers
• Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products /servicesQualifications and skillsThe ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
  • A recognized Sales or Marketing qualification, or equivalent IMM.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suit
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Smart and presentable
  • Irreproachable integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clean class 4 Driver’s License
  • Own vehicle a Must.
  • Experience in the energy sector is an added advantage
