Client Relationship Manager (Mortgages)

CABS, an established and strong brand name in the financial retail market in Zimbabwe, is looking for individuals who are effective at building relationships, to join their Mortgages and Personal Loans Division

Minimum Requirements

•  A commercial degree.  An MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least three (3) years’ banking experience.

Job Specification

•  Acquires new traditional, commercial & equity release mortgages.
• Prepares call reports and proposals for commercial mortgages, traditional and equity release loans.
• Manages client relationships for commercial mortgages and high value individual mortgages.
• Implements agreed plans for sales and initiatives for the acquisition of new business.
• Cross sells group products.
• Works with Retail Banking Area managers to grow mortgage sales.
• Manages client specific marketing plans.
• Works closely with back office operations to ensure timely disbursements of loans and query resolution.
• Works closely with Credit Department to ensure mortgage applications meet the requirements for credit assessment.
• Manages arrears.
