Teach For Zimbabwe is an Early Stage Group (ESG) within the Teach For All network.

We are currently seeking applications for the Chief Operating Officer Position with the following

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated leader who excels in an entrepreneurial environment and is committed to working with the highest-needs communities for educational equity
• Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, management and communication skills
• Track record of managing a team to results,
• Adaptable to growing fast-paced, diverse, results-/ oriented culture
• Master’s degree required
• 10 years work experience required, preferably with an international NGO and/or teaching
• Previous experience with Teach For All or Teach For All network
