Salary: $15k +Responsible for developing business strategies and recommending to the Board annual business plans and budgets to attain the company’s financial, operating and social responsibility objectives. Effective and efficient management of day to day business affairs of the company to attain set key performance indicators.
Ensure adherence to good corporate governance principles, compliance requirements and sound business ethics. Providing strategic leadership in the organization and skills development to meet succession planning needs. At least 12 years experience in a microfinance/ banking institution, 6 at senior managerial level Degree, MBA
