Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients coming through Calls, WhatsApp messages and the WhatsApp bot Nandipa; respond to questions and concerns of customers over all touchpoints according to established policies and procedures.
- Make outbound telephonic calls to prospective and existing customers to market, sell, upsell and cross-sell loans and related financial products and promotions, and convert leads into loan applications.
- Manage the toll-free line and attend to client enquiries and loan requests received through the channel.
- Follow up and engage potential clients originating from social media platforms to generate loan enquiries and applications.
- Deliver prepared scripts regarding loan products and promotions to inform customers and generate leads.
- Collect information from clients on their financial profiles in order to offer suitable loan and financial solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of loan applications and monitor and manage loan and credit information.
- Advise customers on suitable loan amounts if their initial request is declined.
- Explain financial risks and provide financial literacy training to clients.
- Boost loan revenue by achieving required sales targets and acquisitions, and conduct efficient debt collection efforts.
- Responsible for loan repayment collections in accordance with operational policies.
Requirements
- Commercials Degree/ Diploma.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, call-centre or loans operations.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion/closing skills over the phone and WhatsApp.
- Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting sales/revenue targets and acquisitions.
- Proficient in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
