The Role:

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the Call Centre as a service delivery channel as pan of the Integrated marketing strategy of creating a unified and seamless experience for clients to interact with the PSZ brand and services

 

About you 
To succeed in this role you must have:

• Diploma in Nursing or health related qualification and a Marketing related qualification
• 5 years post qualification working experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience working in a pressurized environment with minimum supervision
• Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Must have excellent IT skills
• Most have good report writing and presentation skills
