Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and respond to high-value tenders and business opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements.
- Manage bid documentation, contracts, and supporting compliance records.
- Develop business growth strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for tender submissions.
- Monitor tender portals and procurement opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
- Prepare business reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management and bid preparation.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and tender regulations.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
