1. COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB (education and experience required)

• Professional qualification
• Strong sales skills, including internal reporting
• Proven ability to achieve goals;
• Knowledge of organizing and managing a territory
• Minimum of 2 year working experience of sales in Fashion, FMCG industry
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
• Female candidate with fashion background will be preferred.

2. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTION

• Developing the distribution channel in Zimbabwe.
• Developing the strong bond with stake holders in Zimbabwe.
• Develop a strong bond with the distributors, understand their challenges and get their feedback about the trade.
• Maintain and increase the sales.
• Achieve the monthly set target for your Area.
• Maintain and expand the customer base.
• Proper follow-up for secondary sales and stock levels for distributors.
• Daily communication and weekly reporting to management.
• Analyzing your own sales data to understand the gaps in your area.
• Keeping Up to date with competitors..
• Report about availability of existing products.
• Keep track of prices in market.
