BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

A dynamic Zimbabwean Accountancy Organisation (PAO) is looking to employ an energetic, innovative and results driven Business Development Officer (BDO).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead the business development agenda of the Association in crafting and executing the marketing and sales plans daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly in line with overall strategic plan. Design and implement student and member acquisition and retention strategies. Producing value proposition for new business. Researching on students, members and employers needs and recommend senior management. Managing key marketing as key performance indicators.

COMPETENCE REQUIRED

Excellent communication, inter personal and collaboration skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Business intelligence, analytical skills and social media champion. Valid Clean Class 4 licence.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

B.COM Marketing or equivalent and must have completed or is studying towards a marketing professional qualification such as IMM, CIM or IAC At least 3 years relevant experience in education and professional training environment. Knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook PowerPoint desired
