Branch/Store Manager – Tiger Wheel and Tyre

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for the commercial performance of the Branch/Store.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize individual/team work activities and resources.
• Develop & assess individual & team objectives / targets / measures / performance.
• Manages store/work area resources.
• Review & analyze financial reports/documents (debtors age analysis, credit limit exceedance, outstanding cash sales, month end income and expenditure, etc.)
• Create & Monitor budget allocation & controls expenditure.
• Control and be responsible for roaming sales team. Plan and follow up their programs and progress. Set goals and carry out assessments on performance and discipline as necessary.
• Identify and interpret Customer complaints/queries.
• Follow up after Services.
• Complete management reports as directed and present in a timely manner in line with deadlines set.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing. MBA is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in Tyre retail industry is an added advantage.
