We are looking for Fast Food Branch Managers to lead all aspects of our business who are capable of delivering very high-quality food and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and Cashiers
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience In a busy Fast Food Restaurant
• Must be 30 – 45 years of age
Job Specification – Principal Responsibilities
1. Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. To ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
2. Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. Knowledge of seating area, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential. Oversee food prep and ensure compliance with health and safety restaurant regulations.
3. Lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
4. Ensure that restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
