JOB DESCRIPTION
A very well-established private school is looking for a Boarding Master, Matron to join their team.
Candidate to have at least 2-5 years of experience at a private school with excellent communication skills and is willing to work in a fast-growing school.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
BOARDING MASTER AND MATRON
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidates should have an education related Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution, with 2-5 years’ experience as a boarding master or matron at a private school.
The Ideal candidate should have the following key skills:
- A warm and sympathetic personality
- Tact and good listening skills
- The ability to deal with emergencies calmly ‘
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Patience and a sense of humour
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to monitor potential health or development problems in children
- Behavioural Analysis
