Our client in the FMCG manufacturing industry is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced blowing technical operator with at least 2 years of experience in the bottling production industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for operating the blow moulding machine to meet the required quality and quantity production standards and targets.
Checks that all machinery is working correctly, and carry out the daily checklist as per Blow Moulding SOP before starting up the machines.
Operates Blow Moulding Machine (Demark) safely and to its maximum capacity according to Blow Moulding SOP.
Carries out repairs of machines and is able to attend to breakdowns timeously.
Records and reports shift output.
Cleans the machines and surrounding area before handing them over to the following shift.
Assists with monthly CIP and planned maintenance of the machines.
Adheres to SHEQ regulations, while ensuring that protective clothing is always on.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in working with blow moulding machines such as Demark.
Good understanding of Safety, Health and environmental standards.
Knowledge of preforms.
Clean track record.
Any relevant technical qualification.
