Bar Managers – Graduate Trainees

We are looking for graduate trainee bar managers who will assist us in ensuring the smooth flow of all our bars and night clubs. The incumbent will be stationed in Bulawayo

Responsibilities

To ensure product availability in the right quantities by product type as dictated by demand.

Ensure there is adequate chilled stock behind the bars and ice for products which require dilution

Ensure all stock movements have been processed in the company system

Provide great customer service

Ensure bar is well staffed

Ensure effective stock control measures are in place to avoid losses

Performance reviews, training and mentoring of all subordinates under control

Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and liasing with authorities and taking over legal responsibilities for the premises

Ensure bar has a properly maintained asset register

Skills and Competencies

A minimum academic qualification of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent

Experience in inventory management or warehouse management will be an added advantage

Should be able to work in a night club or bar setting
