ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Ilala Lodge Hotel is seeking the services of a qualified person to take up the above post.

Minimum Qualifications

– 5 O’Levels including Maths / Accounts and English
– Computer literate
– A Diploma in Hospitality
– Five years’ experience in restaurant
– At least two years’ experience at supervisory level.

Attributes

The person should be able to work with minimal supervision.
A strong bars, stocks and cost of sales background
Handling guests queries.
Familiar with banking procedures
Good team player
Good people’s skills
