Assistant Farm Manager/ Section Manager
B. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
o A minimum of a Diploma in Agricultural Science majoring in crop science is equivalent,
o A Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or its equivalent an added advantage.
o Minimum of 5 years’ practical farming experience on a 1 000ha farm and above
o Experience working with agricultural machinery and implements
o Evidence of Farm operations management in labour and crops like maize, rice etc
o Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English
o Computer literacy skills in Ms word, Ms Excel, and Internet o Mature with high degree of integrity
