Assistant Executive Officer Finance 

Reporting to the Executive Officer Finance

Responsibilities: undertaking both income and expenditure duties which include
• Master receipting and banking
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Billing of customers
• Maintaining creditors and debtors ledgers
• Maintaining daily cash registers

Person Specification
• At least 5 0′ levels including English and Mathematics
• At least HND in Accounting or studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from a recognized institution
• Part C CIS, ACCA or CIMA
• At least one year experience in Account, preferably in Local Authority would be an added advantage
• The deal candidate should be at least 25 years and not more than 40 years
