Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Company Secretary, the incumbent will assist the Company Secretary in undertaking the following responsibilities:
• Secretary to the Board and all Committees of the Board thereof.
• Advising the Board on corporate governance matters.
• Ensuring Bindura Nickel Corporation Limited’s compliance with the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange Regulations.
• Overseeing the Company’s investor relations activities including all reports to shareholders and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring Compliance with all requirements of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act, and other Statutes.
• Liaising with, instructing and monitoring performance of lawyers representing the Company.
• Administration of the Company’s Share Option Scheme.
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor of Laws Degree, majoring in Commercial Law
• Associate Member or Fellow of the Chartered Governance and Accounting Institute in Zimbabwe (formerly Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe)
• At least 3 years’ working experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or equivalent.
