1. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Mimosa OF THEJOB
Responsible for the maintenance of various records and processing accounting information concerned with accounting, budgets, voucher systems and other financial statements.

MAJOR OUTPUTS
• Reconciles expenditures and credits with statements of accounts; monitors accounts and initiates invokes. vouchers and other transactions for finance department.
• Maintain creditors records, processing vendor invoices and reconciliations
• flank recondliations statement preparation and query resolution
• Preparation and submission of QPD, VAT and withholding tax returns
• Complete regular tax reconciliations and reports.
• Directs the coding and rnaintenance of financial records.
• Provides information relative to area of assignment according to established guidelines.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree ,unting/ Finance/ Fiscal Studies or Equivalent
• Three year, Accounting and Tax experience
• Computer literacy (SAP and MS Office package)
