ZINGSA, a statutory body established in terms of the Research Act (Chapter 10:22) is searching for suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following posts:
Architect x 1
Duties And Responsibilities
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Compile project specifications.
• Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
Qualifications And Experience
• Bsc /Hons in Architectural Studies.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience In undertaking architectural design services and proven experience in architectural assignments implemented successfully.
• Registered with the Institute of Architects Zimbabwe (IAZ) and/or any other relevant regulatory institutions.
• Interested incumbents shall provide three (3) Reference Letters for similar assignments performed.
