General company and employee administration. The individual must be able to handle pressure from different angles and manage people and resources as efficiently as possible.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • All human resources issue
  •  Procurement of office stationery and Groceries
  •  Liaising with the accounts and legal department on all relevant issues
  •  Maintenance of office premises.
  •  Issuance of stationery to departments
  •  Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  •  Researching company data and archived reports
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
  •  Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  •  Learning about the company mission and available products/services
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Sending faxes and emails
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
  • Writing and editing company correspondence
  • Collecting and sorting post
  •  Assisting with minor technical support
  •  Participating in office meetings
  •  Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
Qualifications And Experience
  • Relevant diploma or degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Human resources and payroll management
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting biased towards creditors and debtors reconciliations and management.
  • At least 2 years experience in statutory payments and the taxation
  • Clean class 4 driver’s license
  • Must be from Bindura or be willing to relocate to Bindura
