Administrative Assistant

• Greet guests and register visitors
• Monitor, order office supplies and distribute mail
• Conference room calendar management – resolve room scheduling conflicts and maintain open lines of communication with meeting organizers
• Report any issues/complaints to the appropriate contacts.
• Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel

• Ensure that Reception and Pantry areas are clean, organized and stocked at all times
• Provide support for Important meetings as necessary – i.e. Board Meetings, Earnings Calls, etc.
• All other miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned
• Strong communication, customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to support the business needs.

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or commensurate experience preferred
• Experience with planning and executing events
• Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational and time planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Must be a self-starter
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Additionally; Access, Salesforce, and InDesign experience preferred
