THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be in possess one of the following qualifications and experience. 
a) At least 3 years post qualification experience in middle management in an administrative or human resources position
b) A degree from a recognised university Institution] In administrative, local government, human resources, social science, labour relations law, A full CIS is acceptable.
c) At least 30 years old and mature
d) Clean criminal record (police clearance]
e) Clean record of service at managerial level
f) Clean class 4
g) Masters in related degrees will be an added advantage.
