 LHCC is searching for an enthusiastic individual to fill in the post of Admin Officer.

Duties include but are not limited to the following ;

Administration
 Competent on all Microsoft Office program.
 Creating financial and statistical reports using spread sheets.
 Able to use office equipment like copiers, fax’s, scanners, printers, computers and office software.
 Financially astute with the ability to control budgets and expenditure.
 People Management , Communication Skills & Project Management Skills

Professional
 Analysing problems by collecting data, establish facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
 Effectiveness in written and oral communication, including solid writing and grammar skills.
 Ability to spot issues and opportunities
 Strong work ethic; self-starter; results orientated.
 Active team member with self-drive and motivation.

Personal
 Organisational, administrative, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle complex assignments effectively & possessing the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.
 Acting with the highest ethical standards and always treating others fairly & with respect.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
 Interpersonal skills, diplomacy and conflict management
 Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work effectively with multiple supervisors on a variety of projects
