Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Hotel Manager and Front Office.
- Manage reception duties – answering phones, emails, and handling guest enquiries.
- Check-in / check-out assistance and reservations management.
- Data capturing, filing, and maintaining accurate guest and supplier records.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, petty cash reconciliation and stock sheets.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance departments.
- Prepare daily reports, attendance registers and office correspondence.
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and maintained.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Responsible Authority.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Office Administration, Hospitality Management or related.
- Must have a work permit.
- 3 years’ experience as Admin Assistant / Receptionist, preferably in a hotel set up.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English – additional languages an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, punctual and able to work under pressure.
- Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
