Zimbabwe Nurses Association (ZINA) is looking to recruit a certified accountant with project management experience.
The accountant will be responsible for the overall financial management of all the organisation’s finances, including risk management,financial projections, analysis, and reporting.
The accountant shall also coordinate specific project activities and responsibilities, act as main focal point, liaise with external partnersand within ZINA, monitorand assess progress, and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:
⦁ Certified accountant with a recognized accounting certification (e.g..ACCA, CIMA.CPA)
⦁ Proven experience in project management including planning, implementation/executing. monitoring/evaluation, learning, and reporting
⦁ Proficiency infinancial management softwareand advanced knowledgeof international accounting principles/standards
⦁ Strong attention to detail and accuracy infinancial analysis and reporting
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto collaborate with diverse stakeholders (English)
Duties
⦁ Manage the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
⦁ Developand maintain financial policiesand procedures in accordance with international standards
⦁ Ensure regulatory compliance with accounting regulationsand reporting requirements
⦁ Oversee project to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget
⦁ Prepare comprehensive project reports, including financial analysis and progress updates
⦁ Monitor project milestones, risks, and budget allocation
⦁ Provide finan cial advice and support to the management team for informed decision-making
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including nurses and healthcare professionals, to align financial goals with
project objectives
⦁ Liaise with national and international partners, ensure timely response and communication
