Key Responsibilities
Maintenance of proper payment system and controls.
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Supervision of Accounts Clerks.
Assisting management with preparation and analysis of monthly budget/forecasts.
Assisting in preparing of annual financial reports.
Ensure that all key financial reporting deadlines are met.
Ensure all internal control systems are sound and ensure their effectiveness.
Ensure creditors are paid on time and debtors are collected timeously.
Teamwork and motivation of staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Person Specification
The ideal person must possess the following:
Accounting / Business Management Diploma / Degree or any other relevant qualification.
Knowledge of Navision an added advantage.
5 years’ experience.
Must have a strong understanding of FMCG business.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Must have an understanding of various Statues governing the financial profession and financial standards.
