Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to the planning and execution of training sessions and prepare teams for matches.
• Collaborates with the Technical Director and Team Head Coach to monitor and enhance individual and team development.
• Maintaining sports equipment.
• Documentation, Scheduling and presiding over games.
• Working to improve team unity and sportsmanship.
• Ensuring all team members get equal playing time.
• Emphasizing skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
• Perform other duties which may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least ZIFA Level 2 coaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in soccer youth development.
