District Managers x2: ActionAid Zimbabwe

ActionAid Zimbabwe seeks to recruit for the following positions. Note that: Some positions below will only become available pending funding approval from the donor.

These positions exist to provide leadership in the implementation, monitoring and reporting for the project in the respective district. The District Manager will be responsible for the mainstreaming of HRBA programme interventions; Partnership development and management; Capacity building of District staff, partners and rights holders.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in managing developmental projects; Experience with an International NGO; BSc Honours Degree in Agriculture/ Disaster Management/ Development studies/Ecology OR any related field; MSc in relevant field an added advantage; Excellent oral presentation, written and verbal communication skills; Class 4 Driver’s license
