Civil Engineer (Contract) 
Rio Zim Ltd, a wholly owned Zimbabwean Company with mining and related operations in several parts of Zimbabwe. invite!, applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill in vacancies at our various operations within the Group in the following disciplines:

Main responsibilities.

• Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
• Develop and plan detailed designs for construction projects
• Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertake risk management in specialist roles • Manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues
• Ensure that the sites meet legal guidelines, health and safety standards

Qualifications and Experience. 

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
• A member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers.
• At least 5 years working experience in a similar role.
• Project management experience is an added advantage
