Personal Assistant To Managing Director

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications And Experience

• 5 ‘0’ levels including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration and Technology/Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Administration or equivalent.

• Degree or Diploma in Public Relations. Marketing or Human Resources. Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience at Executive level.
• A valid Clean Driver’s License Plus Defensive Driving Certificate.

Summary Of Duties

• Office Administration.
• Manages the Managing Director’s work schedule.
• Takes fast dictation and presents well typed documents.
• Co-ordinates meetings and taking minutes.
• Drafts various documents for the Managing Director.
• Manages Petty Cash.
• Prepares budget for the Managing Director’s office.
• Maintains up to date filing system.

• Makes travelling arrangements for the Managing Director.
• Liaises with internal and external customers.
• Liaises with clients up to Executive level.
• Adheres to and ensures adherence to Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and standard procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
