Matabeleland AIDS Council (MAC) is a local NGO providing integrated HIV services within Matabeleland South Province.

Purpose of Job

To Provide Administration services for iHTS programme and drive project teams within Matabeleland South Province.

Duties and Responsibilities

Record management; Statistics compilation; Carrying out mobilization activities; Reconciling vehicle log books and fuel ledgers; Alerting management on concerns about vehicle; Keeping a track record of vehicle service as well as requesting for PO for service; Driving and complying to the PSI transport policy; Collecting of CIR forms from public sector nurses and entering of data into the electronic system; Participating in the data verification and de duplication activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 Ordinary levels including English and Mathematics; Clean Drivers License (Minimum classes 4 and 5) an advantage; Defensive driving and added advantage; Receptionist/Secretarial diploma; 2 years working experience
