The Zimbabwe Association of Church-Related Hospitals (ZACH) serves as a vital coordinating body for health institutions affiliated with various church denominations across Zimbabwe. It represents 132 member health facilities, predominantly rural primary healthcare centers, playing a crucial role in extending medical services to underserved communities. ZACH focuses on capacitating these institutions through advocacy, capacity building, and facilitating the procurement of essential medicines. The association actively collaborates with the Ministry of Health and Child Care and other development partners to strengthen health systems and implement key public health programs, particularly in areas like HIV/AIDS and maternal health. Through its extensive network, ZACH is instrumental in ensuring access to holistic and compassionate healthcare services for countless Zimbabweans.
