Women in Insurance Zimbabwe (WIZ) is an association affiliated with organisations throughout the insurance industry in Zimbabwe. It brings together women working in the sector to support their professional growth, networking, and advancement within the local insurance market. Operating from Zimbabwe, the association works alongside insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and related stakeholders nationwide. Through its activities, WIZ seeks to promote greater inclusion and representation of women in the country’s insurance profession.
