The Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ) is a parastatal organisation mandated by an Act of Parliament (Chapter 13:17) to enhance road safety across Zimbabwe. Established to reduce traffic accidents, the Council actively promotes road safety awareness and implements prevention strategies nationwide. Its core activities in Zimbabwe include comprehensive road safety education, specialised driver training programs, and vital research initiatives to inform policy. The TSCZ collaborates closely with key national stakeholders such as the Zimbabwe Republic Police and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development, working towards safer roads and communities throughout the country.
