The Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) is the nationally recognised professional association for human resource practitioners in Zimbabwe. Headquartered in Harare, it sets standards, accredits qualifications, and provides continuous professional development for HR professionals across the country. IPMZ is accredited by the Zimbabwe National Qualifications Authority (ZNQA) and works with employers, government institutions, and training providers to advance ethical and strategic people management practices in Zimbabwe. It administers the Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) designation—the leading HR credential in Zimbabwe.
