Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a PA / Office manager – Dynamic and highly organized, you’ll report directly to the MD. The ideal candidate will be charming and confident dealing with high level individuals as well as proactively managing all aspects of the MD’s schedule. However a ‘can do’ attitude, and good cultural fit is more critical than experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
Personal Assistant tasks are different from company to company but here are some of the main PA responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.
Personal shopping on behalf of the manager.
Qualifications And Experience
Should have business admin, IT or secretarial studies diploma or degree
At least 2 years working experience
A methodical and organized mind.
Unflappable under pressure.
Great punctuality.
Warm, instantly likeable personality.
Proactive and ability to think ahead.
Integrity and ability to keep things always confidential.
Excellent communication skills.
