GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above position that has arisen in the Marketing Department, Pockets Hill, Harare.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and producing visual graphics for television and radio advertising campaigns.
- Creating on-screen graphics, motion graphics, and visual elements for TV commercials and promotional content.
- Developing storyboards, layouts, and graphic concepts for TV and radio adverts.
- Collaborating with producers, editors, voice artists, and marketing teams in the development of radio and television advertisements.
- Designing branding elements, lower thirds, titles, transitions, and promotional visuals for broadcast content.
- Ensuring that all graphics meet broadcast technical standards and brand guidelines.
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in graphic designing for broadcast, advertising, or media production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual storytelling, typography, and broadcast designing principles.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate scripts or briefs into compelling visual adverts.
- Good understanding of broadcast formats, video resolutions, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced production environment
