Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Officer who is passionate about performance marketing, audience growth, and data-led decision-making. The Digital Marketing Officer will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and commercially minded — capable of translating marketing objectives into measurable digital performance. This role requires a balance between creativity and performance discipline, ensuring campaigns are both engaging and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client social media platforms across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Build comprehensive monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Develop structured content calendars and oversee scheduling and content deployment.
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards.
- Produce detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights and clear next steps.
- Implement tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking tools.
- Grow and manage online communities, improving engagement and audience quality.
- Manage influencer campaigns from identification and outreach to execution and reporting.
- Attend client meetings when necessary to present performance results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimise campaigns to improve cost efficiency and conversion outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tracking implementation and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community management is an added advantage.
