- Medical Laboratory and Clinical Scientist Council Registration
- Current open practising certificate
- Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory data
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Ndebele Shona and English is an added advantage
