Homestake Mine (A member of Kuvimba Mining House) is seeking a Mining Supervisor (also referred to as Overseer Mine). To join the team as an experienced Overseer Mine, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards in line with all relevant mining regulations.
- Plans, coordinates and leads sectional activities with the objective of meeting set targets.
- Optimises production through the utilization of resources, motivation and development of personnel.
- Ensure mining activities follow approved mine plans and production schedules.
- Reports on set daily targets and compliance to short-term plans.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mining.
- FBL holder.
- Minimum 4 years experience.
